I am back cycling seriously as part of my fitness regime, so this morning I was up and out at 6:30am for a quick 6 mile ride across the fields near my house.

Back at 7:30 after a detour to the newsagents, I sat down in my office with some coffee and a couple of today’s papers, I was watching for trade signals using my “Any-Time” system by 8am.  Just after 9am a signal popped up from my “Free” system, and a couple of minutes later I was in a short trade on U.S.Crude Oil. I came out at 10:07am with a profit of +30 pips, nicely above my normal daily target.  The rest of the day was spent sorting out some computer problems on a friends laptop, and answering a few emails.

I will report later on about my evening trading.

UPDATE: I did come back to my computers later than normal (at 5:20) and trade my “Evening” system. I had 2 trades, the first one started at 5:35pm and was stopped out at -14 pips, but the 2nd one was more successful and I managed +52 pips with that one, so my overall score for the evening came to +38 pips.

My total for the whole day was +68 pips. Ok for just a few hours work…..
